Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese and onion.
  3. When these ingredients are combined, mix in artichokes hearts, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until light golden brown on top.
