  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • The artichokes come in a can, with water.
  • Drain and mash artichokes.
  • Stir all of these items together.
  • Hollow out a loaf of sourdough bread, saving lid.
  • Put above mixture in hollowed-out loaf.
  • Put lid back on.
  • Wrap entire loaf in tin foil.
  • Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
