ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 green chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon dry breadcrumbs
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 4 kaiser rolls
- mayonnaise (optional)
directions
- Ina bowl, combine allthe ingredients except the kaiser rolls, and mix well.
- Fo9rm into 4 patties.
- Cook in skillet, or grill over medium heat until brown on one side.
- Turn and repeat, sprinkling with salt, and pepper if desired.
- Spread buns with mayonnaise, and topping of your choice.

He-man sandwich, very flavorful without overwhelming. We are sure to repeat this; the chopping is minimal and our ground elk meat was very tasty. We did without mayonnaise or any other condiment, which let us enjoy the burger's flavor without distraction. Thanks for offering. Made for Please Review My Recipe tag game.
