  • Place the garlic cloves, soya sauce and honey in a dish.
  • Then place the chicken breasts in there to marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • Bake at 350 until chicken is no longer pink(about 40min).

  1. Very good recipe. I used this in my OAMC plan last month and froze the chicken in the marinade, thawed and baked in the sauce for 30-40 minutes. Flavor was excellent. Thanks!
     
  2. Incredibly easy to make and very tasty. I marinated for longer than suggested- 2 hours. Make sure to remember to poke holes in your chicken to get the flavor throughout.

  4. Very good! I have tried with a gallon plastic bag and tossed in chicken wings and then tossed a few times. You can do with chicken breasts too.Add a little spice, a few dried slivers of pepper!
