- 2 pieces boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 2 pieces sub bread
- 1⁄2 tablespoon olive oil
directions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir.
- 2. Put-in the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 3 hours.
- 3. Grill chicken until each side is done. Slice into strips, and then set aside.
- 4. Heat a pan and then put-in olive oil.
- 5. Add the onion and cook in medium heat until caramelized. Set aside.
- 6. Combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Mix and spread a reasonable amount of mixture on each side of the sliced sub bread.
- 7. Arrange sliced BBQ chicken and caramelized onion in the sub bread.
- 8. Wrap or put in a plate.
