ingredients
- 1⁄4 ounce Bacardi 151 rum
- 1 1⁄2 ounces malibu coconut rum
- 3⁄4 ounce Midori melon liqueur
- 5 -6 ounces carbonated lemon-lime beverage
- 5 -6 ounces pineapple juice
directions
- Pour all ingredients into hurricane glass over ice.

Very good!! I used a rum we got in St. Maarten instead of the Bacardi but otherwise made as is. I like that you can taste all of the ingredients, but they didn't overwhelm each other. I used 5 oz of the lemon-lime soda as well as the pineapple juice and it was enough. Made for ZWT6 Asia. -
Major yum happening in this lovely mixed drink. I bought a bottle of Midori just for this and Dh and I loved it!

My parents owned a grocery store when I was growing up, so there's my love of FOOD! My friends all love to drink, so there's my profession! I stopped bartending 5 years ago, when my son was born, but still 'do' private parties. DH and I did a 'Supper Club' for a while, but life kept getting in the way!
I am a SAHM, to a rambunctious 5 y.o....I LOVE cooking and collect cookbooks and anything kitchen related! I'm kinda picky, but will just drop an ingredient or make a sub, so I can still try a recipe.
I'm looking forward to many years of enjoyment here, and hope to participate in some events soon!
