  1. peel, devein, and open up the shrimp.
  2. put soy sauce, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 3tbsp rice wine vinegar, and peanut butter in a bowl. mix well.
  3. place shrimp in the bowl and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  4. cut up the green cabbage, nappy cabbage, purple cabbage, onion, and carrots.
  5. in a mixing bowl place mayonnaise, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil, mix well.
  6. combine cut vegetables and mayonnaise mixture, making sure the mixture is coating all the vegetables.
  7. grill the shrimp.
  8. place coleslaw on a plate and 1 shrimp on top.
