directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 standard cookie sheets (or jelly roll pans) with parchment paper for easy clean-up. Separate crescent roll dough into 4 long rectangles (2 rectangles per package) and lay rectangles onto cookie sheets (or jelly roll pans) so there are 2 rectangles of dough per baking sheet and edges/sides are not touching. Brush tops of rectangles with melted butter and honey, reserving approximately 1 tablespoon of each. Bake rectangles for 8 minutes, then remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes. Carefully loosen partially-baked rectangles from baking sheets and get ready to layer sandwich.
  • Using a 10×15″ baking sheet (lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray for easy clean-up), place 1 partially-baked rectangle (buttered & honeyed side up) and top with sliced turkey. Top turkey with 2nd rectangle and layer with sliced ham and Muenster cheese. Top ham & Muenster with 3rd rectangle and layer evenly with raspberry jam. Top jam with 4th and final rectangle, brushing top of dough with reserved butter & honey and sprinkling with sesame or poppy seeds as desired. Bake sandwich at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, depending on the accuracy of your oven. Crust should appear lightly browned on top and cheese should be melted. Remove from oven, allow to cool at least 5 minutes, then slice into 6-8 servings.

I'm just me, mother, grandmother...friend to many and a Louisianian. My Cajun and French Quarter Italian descent afforded me exposure to some of the best of foods. My passions are my family, decorating, cooking and gardening. Those very passions push me into constant awareness with always looking for something new to delight the senses, thus my favorite idiom...Inspire me, puuuullllllleeeeeeease! ...and I mean it, too. God Bless America!
