Directions

  1. Combine eggs and milk in a medium mixing bowl, beating well.
  2. Stir in crackers, asparagus, cheese, and hot sauce.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until puffed and browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. The casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to bake.
