  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Arrange asparagus in casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  • (Toss a bit to be sure nuts are evenly distributed.) Top randomly with pats of butter.
  • Bake for 30- 45 minutes.

  1. I didn't know how to cook fresh aspargus. I used a little olive oil with a smaller amount of butter on top. I thought it was very simple and tasted wonderful.
