  • Cook Farfalle noodles until aldente and drain.
  • Pour olive oil into wok. Set burner to medium high heat.
  • Put in asparagus and red pepper. Stir and add salt and pepper.
  • Cover for 5 minutes.
  • Uncover and add lemon juice.
  • Cover again for another 5 minutes.
  • Wash and drain cannellini beans, then, add to wok with asparagus and red pepper. Stir.
  • Cover for another 5 minutes.
  • Uncover and add Farfalle noodles and stir.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Enjoy!
