Directions

  1. Cook Farfalle noodles until aldente and drain.
  2. Pour olive oil into wok. Set burner to medium high heat.
  3. Put in asparagus and red pepper. Stir and add salt and pepper.
  4. Cover for 5 minutes.
  5. Uncover and add lemon juice.
  6. Cover again for another 5 minutes.
  7. Wash and drain cannellini beans, then, add to wok with asparagus and red pepper. Stir.
  8. Cover for another 5 minutes.
  9. Uncover and add Farfalle noodles and stir.
  10. Turn off heat.
  11. Enjoy!
