Asparagus With Gruyère

"In Switzerland, this simple but classic Swiss dish is called Asperges à la Gruyère. The recipe comes from Betty Crocker's International Cookbook. For frozen asparagus, use 2 (10-oz) packages and rinse under cool water to separate, then drain well."

  1. I gave it four stars only because I found it to be too salty with both cheese and salt. Otherwise it would be great way to prepare asparagus! Thanks for sharing, made for your football win 2013

This site used to be awesome. It was at the top of its game when it was called Recipezaar, but that was many years ago. The site was purchased by Scripps and belly-flopped into mediocrity. A few of the faithful members remained, hoping to wait out the storm of corporate nonsense. But alas, it never got better and just continued on its terminal path to nothingness. So most of the loyal members have vanished and made homes at better recipe sites.
