“Low Carb Gumbo made with no flour so it is Gluten Free friendly too! I'm doing phase 1 of Atkins and missing soups and stews. This can easily be made with any extra seafood or meats from one of your dinners. I had chicken breast in the fridge. I used frozen diced onions and green peppers and okra for simplicity and Tony Chachere seasoning for the creole seasoning. You can add a dash or two of tabasco if it isn't spicy enough for you!”
