  1. Some chef instructors made something incredibly simolar to this for the class some few years ago. I found this recipe revelry an gave it a whirl. As good as I remember! Though my body can only handle maybe 8oz at a time before going all jittery with a caffeine overload. (possibly because I let it steep 8 hours longer than I ought to have...)

  2. This is great! I halved the recipe, using the very last of my coffee grounds, and it was the perfect amount for me. I loved being able to get up and have my coffee ready for me! I didn't have heavy cream, and while I think it would be even better with it, the whole milk I used seemed to do the trick. The cinnamon is a great addition. Thanks, Tom&Candy!

  3. Boy, this packs a jolt! Very good (and strong!) I used Splenda and fat-free half and half (for cream and milk). I recommend using a paper cone-type filter to strain the coffee, to get the fine sediments out. This went down very smooth, but I may be awake all night! :) Don't leave out the cinnamon, it really adds to the drink.
