- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tablespoon orange blossom water
directions
- Bring water and sugar to boil in a sauce pan on the stove top.
- After mixture boils rapidly, add lemon juice and orange blossom water.
- Set aside uncovered to cool.
- Atr is ready to use as a glaze over your favorite Lebanese dessert.
