  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Whisk together the bran, sugar, salt & flour & baking soda.
  • Add the wet ingredients and mix lightly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or till done.
  • Enjoy!

  1. Decided to try these out 'cause I want to work on my 'muffin side,' & it was well worth the short time spent making these! Followed the recipe [pretty much], but then I suppose I screwed up a great 100-year-old recipe by adding a handful of raisins! Still, the muffins were great! Thanks much for the posting!
