  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • In large bowl, combine milk, egg, catsup, mustard, pepper. Stir in bread crumbs and let stand 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked ground ham and cooked ground pork, onion, parsley. Mix well.
  • Bake 60 minutes with aluminum foil loosely on top.
  • Cover with glaze(directions follow) and bake 15-25 minutes more.

  • Drain pineapple, put juice from pineapple in small saucepan.
  • Add butter and all ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, simmer uncovered five minutes
  • Add pineapple chunks, if desired.
