ingredients
- 4 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup cashews, toasted or 1 cup slivered almonds
directions
- Saute veggies until onions are glossy.
- In separate bowel, whisk soup, broth and soy sauce together.
- Add cooked, cubed chicken to vegetables.
- Pour sauce over vegetables and chicken and heat through.
- Garnish with nuts.
- Serve over cooked rice.
