  1. I needed a fast meal last night, and this was perfect. It is not only easy to prepare, but really tasty. Our ground beef is packaged in 2 pound packages, and I added pepper and garlic powder to taste, were my only changes.

  2. This is pretty good!! I didn't have the green pepper so I made it without that.

  3. Delicious comfort dinner. Thanks!

  4. This is comfort food! Very delicious! I used probably 8 ounces of egg noodles, and instead of the cream of mushroom soup, I used cream of celery. I don't think they make cream of tomato soup, but I used condensed tomato soup. I made this in my wok, and it worked really well. Very easy, and very tasty. I used probably 3/4 of a sweet (Vidalia) onion, and my fiance said it was too much onion, so I'll put in less next time. UPDATE: I made this again, and instead of the Velveeta, I used a 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cheddar cheese soup. It worked great. I also used a little less than half an onion, and it was perfect.
