Aunt Ella's Casserole
"Can't remember where I got this recipe, but I always make this when I have leftover mashed potatoes. It contains tomato soup, which I'm not normally a fan of, but in this it's very good and my kids LOVE it!"

ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can green beans
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- salt & pepper
directions
- Brown ground beef. Drain.
- Add soup, beans, corn, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
