Aunt Em's Nut Bread

"This Nut Bread is a treat I make for my family at Christmas and Easter and has been in our family for at least 75 yrs. It belonged to an Aunt that passed away over 50 yrs. ago. It is easy to prepare and not too sweet so it is great any time of the year."

I'm a retired widow, own my own home that I share with 2 cats and one dog. Love gardening, music, do a lot of karaoke. Did a lot of travelling before I acquired my dog. Visited 22 countries and tried lots of new foods which is something I enjoy doing.I have tried Calamari a few times and it always was tough and rubbery and I tried it again in South Africa and you didn't even need a knife to cut it, those South Africans REALLY know how to cook. I also do video as a hobby. Have almost all my trips on DVD with narration and music (original from the country I visited at the time). I show these at Senior Homes and community centres.
