Aunt Jenny's Belgian Waffles

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 3 tablespoons oil or 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 13 cups club soda

directions

  • Flour into medium size bowl. Crack egg into measuring cup,whip egg gently.
  • Add club soda and oil [or butter] to measuring cup, note qty in cup, add to dry ingredients.
  • Mix well, but batter should be thicker than pancake batter.
  • Pour into waffle maker.
