  • Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the middle and put the eggs, oil, and vanilla in the center. Combine, then add the pineapple and carrots.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes in a 9x13 pan.
  • For frosting, mix all ingredients until smooth. Wait for cake to cool, then spread on top.
