  1. This dip wasn't bad, but it definitely benefited from sitting for a couple of hours and allowing the flavors to blend. Freshly mixed, it mostly tasted like mayonnaise. I ended up doubling the spices and adding a squeeze of lemon to up the flavor a little. Next time, I'll use more sour cream and less mayo.
     
  2. This veggie dip is excellent. Yummy with veggies as a dip or as a topper for baked potatoes. Beau monde seasoning is available at Denninger's here in Canada.
     
  3. You're absolutely right! This has also been our favorite veggie dip but I've had to resort to making my own spice mix since I can't find it in a grocery store!
     
  4. Nice flavors in this dip. I used Beau Monde Seasoning/Spice Mix Recipe #37470 as I couldnt find the seasoning in the grocery store. Tasted great with mixed veges and crackers.
