Directions

  1. Chop peanuts.
  2. Mix egg, sugar, water, and vinegar. Put in heavy saucepan.
  3. heat until low boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Cool.
  5. Cut each banana in half and peel. Now slice each in half again.
  6. Place on platter sliced sides up.
  7. Cover bananas with sauce and sprinkly with chopped peanuts.
