Aunt Sue's Chocolate Chip Cheese Holiday Cookies

"This is a recipe that is easy because it has it's head start from Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Refrigerator Dough. The intial part of slicing the cookie dough into slices and lining the pan and baking gets you off to a quick and easy festive tasting cookie for the holidays which looks like you took a great deal of time to prepare. And the compliments will be well worth the simple effort from a sometime busy housewife. This was a favorite of my Dad's Cousin Sue, who we called Aunt Sue, her cookies where welcomed and enjoyed by everyone. They store well in the refrigerator and look very festive if the bars are put into christmas decorator cup cake liners, sprinkled with green crystals and put on a pretty Christmas platter."
