  • Heat cranberry sauce to boil, strain and set berries aside.
  • Bring juice to a boil again.
  • Add the hot water to cranberry juice, dissolve jello, and add lemon juice and salt.
  • Chill mixture until slightly thickened.
  • Use rotary beater and beat mayonnaise until light and fluffy - add to jello mixture.
  • Fold in cranberries, mandarin oranges and nuts.
  • If using mold pan, spray with Pam, or a glass bowl can be used.
  • Chill until firm (2 -3 hours).
