Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 14 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1 12 cups icing sugar, divided
  • 1 12 cups pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 14 cup rum

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together wafer crumbs, 1 cup of icing sugar, pecans and cocoa.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together syrup and rum.
  3. Stir the syrup mixture into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Form into 1" balls, and roll in the remaining 1/2 cup of icing sugar.
  5. Store in an air tight container.
