Aussie Damper / Yankie Cornbread

"This is an adaption of a good US cornbread recipe - using stuff you can buy in Australia... Takes literally 2 mins to prepare and big eaters (ie men folk) will love it. Fantastic with ribs (see mine...) and coleslaw. 500g box of Coles homebrand multipurpose muffin mix has been omitted from the recipe by the ingredient police. Can't get it in so read as 500g plain flour but use the muffin mix"
