  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, onion, chives, basil, garlic, 3/4 teaspoon paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Unfold pastry onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Roll each pastry sheet into a 11 inch by 10 1/2 inch recyangle, and cut widthwise into 3 1/2 inch strips.
  • Spread 1/2 cup sausage mixture down the center of each strip.
  • Fold pastry over and press edges to seal.
  • Cut each roll into 6 pieces.
  • Place seam side down on a rackin a shallow baking pan, and sprinkle with remaining paprika.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

I just completed remodeling my entire house, and am very active at volunteering at my childrens schools.<br />Rating System <br />5 stars- Outstanding (4 out 4 ) in family enjoyed. <br />4 stars - Very good (3 out of 4) in family enjoyed. Will make no adjustments. <br />3 stars - good, might consider an adjustment <br />2 stars- Okay- will make adjustment <br />1 star- debatable I will make again, would with right adjustment <br />0 stars - Will not attempt again.</p>
