  • 500 g flour
  • 1 quart milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons rum extract (or 2 tablespoons any other flavor like vanilla and almond essence)

Directions

  1. Quick note: He explained that beer would add some yeast to the mix. So if you'd like, instead of 1 quart of milk substitute some beer as well.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients (as few strokes as possible) and let sit for 2 hours.
  3. Cook like you would any other pancake - when the edges look cooked, flip over.
