  1. Excellent rice dish. Very flavourful. So easy to make. I used spaghettini because I didn't have any vermicelli. Will definitely make this again!

  2. Excellent recipe. So simple. I started making it in 2007 and last night I made it for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it. Makes a nice amount. Only improvement IMO, a little salt. Thank you.

  3. I make this all the time, we love it! The directions are perfect, turns out the same every time. Thank you!

  4. I had an Armenian friend who used to make this for me - now I can make it myself. A terrific recipe just as written.

  5. A very good recipe that I will make again. The next time though, I will decrease the amount of butter by a small amount. I don't think it would change the flavor and would be a little less buttery.
