- 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
- 3 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1⁄2 cup frozen cranberries, thawed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup cold butter
directions
- Whisk together Eagle Brand, orange juice, and spices. Add apples, pears, and cranberries; toss until fruit is well coated.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly buttered 8-cup baking dish; set aside.
- Combine flour, oats, and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top of apple mixture.
- Bake in preheated 375F oven for 30-35 minutes or until fruit has softened.
- Serve warm with ice cream.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
