  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice apple and place in small, ovensafe dish.
  3. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg then sprinkle over apples.
  4. Grate butter over mixture.
  5. Mix almonds, and granola; sprinkle over top.
  6. Bake until apples are soft (about 8 min.) Top with yogurt.
  7. Serves 2.
