  • 1 tablespoon beetroot dip
  • 13 avocado

  • Spread with beetroot dip.
  • Place sliced, or mashed avocado on top.

Im a 25 year old vegetarian...well actually, Im a pescetarian who doesn't really like seafood! I love trying new recipes, especially simple veggie/vegan meals for my fussy 2 year old. I'm always looking for good tuna recipes as its the only "meat" I eat.
