ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 3⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- juice of one lemon
- 3 tablespoons sultanas (chopped)
- 1 chopped spring onion
- fresh black pepper
directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients together until desired consistency. (can be rough or smooth).
- mix in chopped spring onion and fresh black pepper.
- put in small glass bowl and serve with corn chips.
