  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 70 g approx half a tube primula cheese with prawns
  • 3 pita breads, Toasted
  • 1 handful breadstick
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • 3 pomegranate seeds (optional)

  • Peel and chop the avocado and place in a mixing bowl, add the lemon juice and Primula cheese with prawns. Using a hand blender blitz the mixture until smooth, or mix with a fork.
  • Cut the toasted Pitta bread into triangles and “pipe” or spread onto the pitta triangles.
  • Sprinkle with the finely chopped chilli and top with a pomegranate seed.
  • Place a half twiglet at the base of the “tree” for the trunk.
