Directions

  1. Remove the seed and skin from each avocado.
  2. Blend the avocado with lime juice, and sugar in the blender or food processor.
  3. In a med. mixing bowl, combine the avocado mixture with the frozen yogurt.
  4. Pour into a 8" square pan.
  5. Cover and freeze for up to one month.
  6. Use an ice-cream scoop to serve.
