- 2 avocados, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 jalapeno chile, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup onion, chopped (vidailla best)
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro leaf, fresh chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- kosher salt
directions
- Mix it all up and serve.
