  • Cut avocado in half, remove seed and discard, peel rind.
  • Cut halves into 5 wedges of avocado (10 wedges for one avocado).
  • Wrap one slice of prosciutto around avocado. Repeat for all 10 wedges.
  • Arrange wedges on serving plate.
  • In small bowl, combine garlic, oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Mix well and pour atop avocado wedges.
  • Sprinle with fresh craked pepper and serve.
