- 5 large avocados, cut up, not mashed
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1 jalapeno
- Tony Chachere's Seasoning or other favorite seasoning salt
- garlic powder

directions
- Add avocados and tomatoes to large serving bowl. In a food processer, mix together the cilantro, onion, and jalapeno. If you do not have a food processor, finely chop with a knife. Squeeze lemon into mixture and stir. Enjoy!

OK - I didn't get to my avocados before they got too soft so they did exactly what chef#552450 said would happen - got guacamole dip instead of salad. But the reason I don't have a picture is because my husband at it all in one helping with chips!! Therefore, it's got to receive 5 stars!!! Will still try to do it right sometime (but going to wait till avocados in our area are a little cheaper and not so ripe. Made for PAC 2011. Thanks!!
