  1. Cut the avocado in half and discard the seed.
  2. Mash the avocado with the other condiment ingredients in a small bowl, then refrigerate.
  3. In a medium bowl blend the ground beef with the salsa, fajita seasoning, and Tabasco Chipotle Sauce.
  4. Divide the burger meat into six portions and make patties.
  5. Grill the burgers on a charcoal or gas grill.
  6. Toast the buns on the grill and serve the burgers topped with the cheese and avocado salsa.
