  • Toast two slices of sprouted grain bread. Spread with spicy mustard of choice. Slice a ripe avocado, tomato & red onion. You can add some sprouts & a slice of cheese if desired. Assemble your sandwich, cut in half & enjoy. Go ahead and start toasting more bread, cuz you're gonna want another one as soon as this one is gone!
