  • 1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash it well.
  • 2. Add a cup of water to the mashed avocados and put in the freezer overnight.
  • 3. Blend all of the ingredients together to the consistency of a thick smoothie.
  • 4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint.
