Cake Mix
1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 ¹⁄₄ cups bananas, mashed (approx. 3 bananas)
1 cup sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar and 1 cup milk)
1 ¹⁄₂ cups cold coffee
2 eggs
Whipped Cream Icing
¹⁄₂ cup Crisco
¹⁄₂ cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
³⁄₄ cup warm milk

directions

Mix together cake mix ingredients for 2 minutes on high. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees - two 8" or 9" cake pans/32 - 25 minute OR 9 x 12 pan/40-45 minute.
For the Whipped Cream Icing, mix the Crisco and Oleo well together.
Start to add the sugar a little at a time and blend well in batter.
Now add the vanilla and warm milk.
Spread the icing on a completely cooled cake!
