Awesome Blue Margarita
"Found this on an old rerun a few years ago and just recently tried it. It is our favorite summer drink now. 1800 Tequila was recommended, but we use the inexpensive stuff:-)"

ingredients
- ice (1/2 shaker, I use more)
- 4 fluid ounces tequila
- 1 fluid ounce triple sec
- 2 fluid ounces blue curacao
- 1⁄4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
directions
- Add to shaker in order.
- Shake 30 seconds.
- Pour in salt-rimmed margarita glasses.
- Add more ice is needed.
- Garnish with lime slices.
- Enjoy!

This really is an awesome blue margarita!! It is a perfect blend of salty and sweet. Five stars on taste, and five stars on presentation--the curacao makes for a beautiful caribbean blue.
