  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9"x9" baking pan. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, oil and egg. Add milk and blend thoroughly. Add dry ingredients; stir until completely blended. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared pan. To mix topping, combine all dry topping ingredients and cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle topping evenly over the top of the batter and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting. Delicious warm or cold!
