  2. Add oil and milk and beat a further minute.
  3. in a separate bowl combine flour and baking powders and bicarb.
  4. add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well with a large spoon.
  5. add walnuts and fold in.
  6. Pour into a lined ring tin or long loaf tin.
  7. Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees C.
