Awesome Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
"A friend of my mom used to make this fruit dip all the time & we all absolutely loved!!!!! She would never give us the recipe until they were moving. I have made this fruit dip for many parties and everytime I make it people want the recipel. It is so good & so easy."

ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 3⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
- When first made, the dip will be grainy and lumpy but after it sits in the refrigerator, it comes together nicely and is so smooth!
- Serve with your favorite fruit!

This was a big surprise of a recipe. I made it early in the day & served for dessert with strawberries, apple slices, kiwis, & bananas. My favorite was paired with the apples. The dip has a maple like flavor and thins considerably after sitting. Made for Spring 2010 Pick A Chef.
