  1. Finely chop onion.
  2. Mash the garlic and add vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and olive oil.
  3. Mix all together in a big bowl.
  4. Add peppers, chopped, in the mixture and then add the raw chicken wings.
  5. You can marinate for a stronger taste overnight.
  6. Place all ingredients in an oven tray and keep at moderate temperature till wings go golden.
  7. When done, place in serving dish and sprinkle parsley over wings.
